We are building a new era of intelligence. Our goal is to empower builders around the world to own and shape AI.

We believe AI should reach further, serve more, and adapt to the world as it actually is. That future doesn’t get built in isolation. It gets carried forward by the people who believe in it: the builders, teachers, and advocates shaping what AI becomes. These individuals are influential in their own right, and their influence compounds.

The best products are shaped by the communities that use them. The sharpest insights come from people working at the edges, in the industries, languages, and contexts where one-size-fits-all AI consistently falls short. From the Uncharted Data Challenge to the Adaption for Startups program, the most meaningful progress Adaption has made has been driven by exactly this kind of collaboration.

The Adaption Ambassadors program formalizes that relationship. It exists to provide resources, access, and recognition to the people already carrying the conversation about Adaption into the places where it matters most.

The Adaption Ambassadors program is a six-month program designed to support rising leaders in AI who want to bring Adaption to their communities. We provide credits and monetary support for research and startup programs around the world. If you are a builder, a community organizer, or an ecosystem firestarter, we want to hear from you.

What does an Adaption Ambassador look like? You might be at a university, frustrated that only a few proprietary models exist as options to build with. You might host a monthly meetup for startups who want more control over their AI and are invested in building systems that continuously learn. You love bringing people together, and you want to catalyze the next era of technology.

We want to support Ambassadors who build in their communities, who show up in discord to help others, who share useful blogs with the wider ecosystem to help newcomers get started. Our Ambassadors are ecosystem shapers. They organize local and virtual meetups, webinars, and workshops that bring people together.

All of our Ambassadors get early access to new features and beta programs before they go live, along with a private Discord channel that offers a direct line to Adaption leadership where your questions, ideas, and feedback go straight to the people building the product. You'll connect with other rising AI community builders and have real influence through roadmap input, shaping what gets built next based on what's working, what's not, and what you wish existed.

We're also hosting exclusive events including AMAs with leadership, industry panels, and sessions designed for this community, plus mentorship and hands-on skill-building sessions to sharpen your craft. Every Ambassador receives an official title and badge for their profiles and communities, along with limited-edition Ambassador-exclusive gear. We will provide grants for Ambassadors hosting local meetups or workshops.

All Ambassadors are expected to make a six-month commitment to the program. We will prioritize Ambassadors from countries we don’t yet have represented.
